After a drop in the years following 9/11, the numbers of foreign students in the U.S. are increasing in record numbers. Universities are pulling out all the stops in recruitment, retention, language learning, and helping with job searching. What does all of this mean for these foreign students? What does it mean for the United States as a whole?
