Food is all around us. In the modern world, especially in industrialized countries, food has changed a lot from what our grand-parents ate. In the last fifty years or so, the average American's dietary habits have altered dramatically away from the traditional, home-cooked meals, and toward the mass produced food we see in the grocery store.
New studies are showing that the food we eat has a direct effect on our mental and emotional states. Eating better can give people more energy, clarity of mind and perhaps a more even temper. The food-mood connection is real and effects everyone.
