INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken wings
3 cloves garlic
2 sprigs thyme leaves
2 stalks scallion
1/2 onion
2 tbsp dry jerk seasoning
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp browning
PREPARATION
- Wash chicken wings and set aside.
- Blend garlic, thyme, scallion and onion along with soy sauce and browning.
- Pour blended mixture onto chicken wings and then add 2 tbsp dry jerk seasoning and knead in seasoning with both hands. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Grill until tender or bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken wings are fully cooked.
