An unfortunate situation in the past has resulted, years later, with access to a vantage point that offers spectacular views of the city below. In Oslo, Saim watches the daily ritual of the changing of the guard at the Royal Palace. Afterward,he takes us on a boat tour of the Oslo Fjord, showing us the beauty of the city from the water. A stroll through a neighborhood of mountaintop vacation homes reveals that the structures’ roofs arecovered in grass – a great way to insulate against the cold of winter and the heat of summer.
