INGREDIENTS:
3 Amarillo peppers
2 cup milk
2 ounces queso fresco (white cheese)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Boiled potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Boiled egg
PREPARATION:
Blend the peppers and the olive oil. Add the cheese, milk and garlic. Blend for two minutes. Pour over boiled potatoes. Garnish with an olive and boiled egg. Serve immediately.
