INGREDIENTS
2 cups liver cut into small chunks
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 hot pepper (Cajun)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 large onion finely chopped
5-6 garlic cloves, chopped
3/4 cups walnut
PREPARATION
Preheat the pan, adding 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Saute the onions and green peppers. Add the remaining peppers, garlic salt and garlic. Stir
Add the liver, cheese and walnuts. Continue to stir, adding water.
Transfer the mixture into casserole with pieces of butter on top. Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes
Serve immediately
