Peru: Lomo Saltado

INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces tenderloin tips
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 ounces French fries
White Rice

PREPARATION:
In a wok or pan on high heat sauté the garlic paste and then add the beef.  After the beef is cooked, remove from pan.

In the same pan sauté the onions and tomatoes together, add the soy sauce and add the beef. Sauté all together for 1 minute and add the French fries.

Serve immediately over white rice.
