INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 cup vegetable oil
8 large sausages
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
PREPARATION
To make the batter, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and flour. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees. In a baking dish, add the vegetable oil and heat the oil for 5 minutes to get it nice and hot. Remove the oil and carefully place the sausages inside. Cook 5 – 8 minutes until nice and brown.
Remove the dish. Pour the batter over the sausages and place the rosemary on top. Bake for another 20 minutes.
