After years of struggling with infertility, a couple’s fear that they will never conceive is finally confirmed. Their heartbreak turns to joy when an unfortunate accident leaves a newborn baby without a mother and they happily adopt her. The tides change again, however, when they discover that their baby girl has severe mental disabilities from which she will never recover. The distraught mother decides she cannot keep the baby and tries to return her to her birth father. Salih steps in as the caring caseworker assigned to the adoption and tries to teach the young couple that God sometimes sends gifts disguised as hardships.
